moments of mindfulness 

The Moments of Mindfulness range has been designed to assist us in taking purposeful pauses. We have chosen themes that most people have been taking stock of lately and we have birthed a creative space to assist the users of this range to navigate these spaces. The range has been designed in a way that allows us to expand on it as time goes by. Each theme is an inclusive unit and is not dependant on any of the other themes to be completed, thus allowing us to add different themes as we are inspired to do so and allowing the user to work through each theme in their own time without hindering another theme’s start, progress or completion.  

 

The themes are reflected on each of the ‘Theme pages’ provided in the packs and then are expanded upon in the written information that is supplied for each theme as well as the accompanying creative accessories. We have strived to make these themes as diverse as possible and yet to also be as relatable as possible.

 

We have created a Starter pack to begin the range, this consists of 6 themes complete with ‘accessories’. We have 2 different starter packs available:

 

THE MOMENTS OF MINDFULNESS STARTER PACK:

Each pack contains the following:

  1. 6 x Theme pages – these are the Creative Gateways to the energy you will be prompted to work with.

  2. Each theme page has ½ a co-ordinating sticker page that includes word stickers as well as faux Washi tape pieces. These are to assist in creatively building additional pages for the different themes. (3 x A4 sticker pages in total).

  3. 1 x co-ordinating background pages for each of the 6 themes, these just give you a starting point for background pages that you can then work your magick on. (6 background pages in total). Please see images - the image is a sample and one of similar design in co-ordinating colours will be added for each theme. 

  4. 6 x Fussy cuts pages – 1 page for each of the 6 themes. These are a slightly thicker board that are adorned with delightful images that can be cut out and then added to any pages you create related to that specific theme! They just add a little something extra!

  5. There is a ‘Write-up’ for each of the themes that contains the information for the written component of your Sacred Journal space.

  6. Each theme has 10 Journal prompts to assist you in starting your written process.

  7. I have created 5 mantras for each theme – if the theme is one you find challenging then mantra work can be a powerful way to assist you through the challenge.

  8. Invocation of the Divine Feminine. I have included this for those wanting to connect with the aspect of the Divine Feminine that assists and supports us through whichever challenge we are facing!
