the art of forgiveness
This is one of my absolute favourites. Ho’oponopono is a beautiful Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness! The Hawaiian word ho‘oponopono comes from ho‘o ("to make") and pono ("right"). The repetition of the word pono means "doubly right" or being right with both self and others. Thus, ho‘oponopono is a process by which we can forgive others to whom we are connected.
It is a beautiful to clear not only resentment, or negative energies in our space but also allows us to clear any unforgiveness towards ourselves!
This workshop is an introductory class that offers the following:
- The history of the prayer
- What the prayer is and how to use it
- Looking at the difference between responsibility and blame
- The importance of self-forgiveness
